2. Joint Mobility. Keep your body flexible and youthful with the warm up drills. No more trying to touch your toes and then a couple of lunges before taking a jog. Learn how to control your own body with the fun and ever changing series of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu related movements. The warm up phase of class is used to enhance your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu not to bore or punish the student.
